- DirtyDanPB is an online paintball store that offers a wide range of paintball gear and equipment for enthusiasts and players.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, we offer international shipping. You can select your country during the checkout process to see available shipping options and rates.
3. What is your shipping policy?
- Shipping is always FREE on orders over $50! All markers, tanks and loaders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is 2-3 days for delivery. Smaller items may ship via First Class Mail. Expedited options via UPS are available during checkout as well.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
- If a marker (or other product) arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we are always happy to help troubleshoot or provide tech services. Alternatively, you may exchange your item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. One exchange per item will be allowed. Brand new products are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Orders canceled before shipping or return-to-sender orders are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
