DirtyDanPB is a paintball-first shop based in Florida, serving players nationwide. We sell new, used, and custom paintball gear, tech and service markers in-house, and travel to events across the country. This isn’t a side hustle, it’s what we do every day.

Yes. We offer international shipping to select countries. Available options and rates will appear during checkout once you enter your shipping address. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

• Most orders ship same or next business day if placed before 11:30 AM EST
  
• Markers, tanks, and loaders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days)
  
• Smaller items may ship via USPS First Class
  
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
  

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

We aim to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

• Used markers may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  
• One exchange per item is allowed.
  
• Brand new products are not eligible for returns.
  
• Orders canceled before shipping or returned to sender may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Coverage (Used Markers)
Yes, every used marker is guaranteed to arrive fully functional and exactly as described.

If an issue arises upon arrival, you must contact us within the warranty period listed on the product page. This warranty does not cover user damage, improper air systems, neglect, or any modifications made after delivery.

What’s Covered:
• All used markers: O-rings and labor are covered during the warranty period.
• Markers manufactured within the last 5 years: Electronic components such as the board, solenoid, and other major internal components are also covered.
• Markers older than 5 years: Coverage is limited to O-rings and labor only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use that tracking number to monitor delivery progress at any time.
