Welcome to DirtyDanPB. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made through www.dirtydanpb.com.

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site to:

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

We make every effort to display accurate product information, but errors may occur. DirtyDanPB reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.

💳 Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. DirtyDanPB does not store full payment details; all transactions are processed securely through third-party providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

🔁 Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

DirtyDanPB operates on an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered.

  • Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval
  • One exchange per item is allowed
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Orders canceled before shipping or returned to sender may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

🛠️ Used Gear & Technical Services

Used markers and gear are sold as described and inspected prior to shipment.

DirtyDanPB is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper air, misuse, or lack of maintenance
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties without our approval
  • Normal wear and tear

Any service, tech work, or modification performed outside of DirtyDanPB may void exchange or warranty eligibility.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

If tracking shows an order as Delivered, DirtyDanPB is not responsible for loss or theft.

If a package shows as undelivered, we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

🔐 Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, product designs, images, and branding — is the property of DirtyDanPB or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirtyDanPB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
