Refund & Exchange Policy
DirtyDanPB Exchange Policy
Effective: January 05, 2026
At DirtyDanPB, we aim to be fair, transparent, and straightforward. Every marker and piece of gear is inspected, tested, and documented before it leaves our shop. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
🔁 Exchanges Only — No Refunds
DirtyDanPB does not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged under the conditions outlined below.
⏱️ Exchange Window — 7 Days
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the package being marked Delivered by the carrier.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Exchange must be pre-approved via email
- One exchange per item is allowed
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Returns sent without prior approval will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Brand new products
- Used items that show signs of use or modification
- Pre-orders (all pre-order sales are final)
- Clearance or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items worked on or modified by another shop without written approval
❌ Order Cancellations & Return-to-Sender
- Orders canceled before shipping or returned to sender may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

If an item arrives with an issue, contact us before attempting any repairs or modifications.

We will:
- Troubleshoot the issue
- Repair the item in-house if applicable
- Offer an exchange when appropriate
Taking an item to another tech or shop without contacting us first may void exchange eligibility.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
- If tracking shows an order as Delivered, DirtyDanPB is not responsible for loss or theft
- If tracking shows the package was not delivered, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine next steps
- Shipping insurance is available upon request prior to purchase
