Shipping Policy

DirtyDanPB Shipping Policy
Effective: January 05, 2026

At DirtyDanPB, we work hard to get your gear out fast and packed correctly. Every order is handled by real people in our Florida shop.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Most orders ship same or next business day
  • Orders placed before 11:30 AM EST are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following business day
  • Orders do not ship on Sundays or major holidays

During large events or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll communicate clearly.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via USPS, with additional options available at checkout.

  • Markers, tanks, and loaders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days)
  • Smaller items may ship via USPS First Class Mail
  • Expedited shipping options are available during checkout
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed automatically.


💸 Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100
  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only
  • Expedited shipping options are not included in free shipping promotions

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Available options and rates will appear at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing

DirtyDanPB is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment
  • Address changes must be requested before the order ships

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows an order as Delivered, DirtyDanPB is not responsible for loss or theft
  • If tracking shows the package was not delivered, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps
  • Shipping insurance is available upon request — contact us before placing your order

Carrier delays are outside our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🏪 In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered at checkout:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready
  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup
  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled or restocked
