Warranty & support

30-day limited warranty: coverage starts when your marker is delivered or collected in store. O-rings and repair labor are included.

This marker has O-ring and repair-labor coverage only. Replacement boards, solenoids, screens and other components are not included.

Eyes, eye pipes, grips, buttons, screws, chargers, batteries, regulators, internal bolts and valve components are not covered for replacement, except for O-rings included in the basic coverage. Cosmetic wear and scratches are not covered.

Covered repair shipping is on us, both ways. Email Support@DirtyDanPB.com with your order number and a description of the problem within 30 days of delivery or pickup. We’ll provide troubleshooting and return instructions.

If we cannot complete a covered repair, we’ll offer a comparable replacement marker or store credit for the marker’s purchase price. This limited warranty does not offer an optional cash refund and does not limit remedies required by law.

Failures caused by misuse, intentional damage, neglect or an improper air system are not covered. Opening the marker or fitting an aftermarket part does not by itself remove coverage; damage caused by that work or part is not covered.

The coverage agreed at purchase stays with that purchase. Later changes to our model list, or archiving or removing the listing, do not reduce it.
