Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

DirtyDanPB Purchase Options Policy
Effective: January 05, 2026

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through DirtyDanPB that involve pre-orders, deposits, payment plans, or other purchase options offered through Shopify or third-party payment providers.

By placing an order using a purchase option, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🔁 Cancellations

Once a purchase option order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise stated in writing by DirtyDanPB.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-orders
  • Special-order items
  • Limited-run products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Deposits or partial payments

Orders that have already entered processing, production, or fulfillment are not eligible for cancellation.

🔄 Changes to Purchase Option Orders

Requests to modify a purchase option order (such as changing items, colors, or configurations) must be submitted before the order enters processing.

Approval of changes is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

💳 Payments & Billing

For purchase options involving delayed fulfillment:

  • Payment may be collected at checkout or at scheduled intervals depending on the option selected
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to complete required payments may result in order cancellation without refund of prior payments

Payment terms are displayed at checkout and are governed by Shopify and the selected payment provider.

📦 Fulfillment & Timing

Estimated fulfillment dates for purchase option items are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing timelines, supplier delays, or event schedules.

DirtyDanPB will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays, but fulfillment dates are not guaranteed.

🔁 Exchanges

Purchase option items may be eligible for exchange only if explicitly stated on the product page or in written communication from DirtyDanPB.

All exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

🛑 Refused or Returned Purchase Option Orders

Purchase option orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable may be subject to:

  • A minimum 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of shipping costs
  • Conversion to store credit at DirtyDanPB’s discretion

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

DirtyDanPB is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by manufacturing, carriers, or customs
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to estimated fulfillment timelines
  • Third-party payment provider errors or disputes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchase option item.

DirtyDanPB reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Continued use of purchase options constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
